There is a great deal more to the H3 operation than what is being revealed in this document but this is a good introduction. Here is a brief overview on what is contained in that document (the secrets behind the technology and reforms on this list are specified in this document):

New Technology
Water Tower Technology is an emission free energy generation technology that will beat coal in the marketplace.
Very Advanced Solar Tower (VAST) is simply an improved version of the Solar Tower companies such as Enviromission have been trying to get funding for over the last ten years.
Blade Mount Enhancement is a massive improvement to wind turbine technology.
One Card is technology and process to almost completely eliminate credit card fraud. You could give everybody in the world your credit card numbers including any code numbers, and nobody could use your credit cards without your permission, and without exception.
Instant Hydrant is a principle behind new technology to fight bush or forest fires. You would need over twenty "Elvis" helicopters to do the work of one full size or Grader version of Instant Hydrant, and it will cost far less to buy and to operate than a single "Elvis" helicopter.
VOICE House is the "plug and play" voice controlled house of the future that uses existing technology to make it affordable for the mass market.
TANK Door is low cost RFID door locks for the residential mass market. No getting keys out of the pocket, just approach the door and it opens for you (because of something you have on you); true open sesame.
Modular Approach Space Station (MASS) is a better way to build space stations. If we had built the International Space Station using "early" MASS principles it would have twenty times the volume of internal space for roughly the same cost.
Artificial Gravity System Magnetic Suite (AGS MagS) is the first generation of artificial gravity for spacecraft (NOT by rotating the spacecraft). Some would probably call this technology pre-first generation or a precursor to an AGS.

Reforms and Literature:
FISCIL Reform of the Global Fishing Industry. This is a reform that will make those in the fishing industry about $500 billion richer as it is solving the problem of overfishing. This is the current version of this reform and there is more information available in the public domain on FISCIL than for any other part of H3. Go here.
Kyoto II is a new international Climate Change Agreement that changes the focus in the approach to Climate Change from one that costs money to one that makes money, but even more than that, it speaks the language of large economies like China and the United States; unlike last time the United States will be first in line to sign this one. This is the current version of the reform, and there is a draft of the agreement in correct language included.
Oasis Forestry Reform of the Global Forest Industries. This is one of two possible implementations and it is the less advanced or earlier version of the reform. This earlier version is a valid revelation because it is a further illustration of the nature of the reforms behind H3; solutions that rather than costing money, make hundreds of billions or trillions of dollars as we solve them.

There is an old saying, a very old saying, that goes ex pede Herculem, and the modern equivalent is that you may know of the whole by the sample. You may know what H3 is from this sample. What you have access to in the proof document is less than ten percent of what is behind H3, and yet it is already bigger than anything anybody has ever proposed. Behind H3 there are vastly superior technologies to the ones being revealed here. Behind H3 there are vastly superior economic reforms to the ones being revealed here. All of what can be accessed through this page is significant, but it is just the beginning. This is currently a long way outside normal experience, but it won't be so forever.
